Circumstances can change rapidly in this highly volatile environment, so these dates may be subject to change. Note also that time in customs is not included in our delivery time estimate and is outside of Australia Post’s control.
Recommended final sending dates for major destinations (Standard Post):
- USA, Canada, UK, Europe: Monday 16 November 2020
- Most of Asia: Monday 23 November 2020
- New Zealand: Friday 27 November 2020.
COVID UPDATE - From Australia Post - 12 November 2020
Our business is adapting to the challenges presented by the pandemic, which means our normal practice of delivery has been impacted. As a result, we’re experiencing substantial delays in our network.
These delays are due to:
- a reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry our parcels)
- a significant increase in parcels volumes, many of which require manual sorting
- health and safety requirements in our network (such as social distancing through zoning, and dedicated shift start times to reduce cross-over of workers)
We know these delays are frustrating, and we’re doing everything we can to keep delivering as safely and quickly as possible.
Victoria destined parcels
With the massive demand and current workforce capacity constraints in Victoria, we foresee an additional 3-day delay for all deliveries in Victoria.
Express Post delays
Our Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more to reach their destination.
Australia Post expects major international delivery delays due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19. Australia Post is working with partner airlines and other postal operators to move items as quickly as possible.
Please note standard shipping for international deliveries to all countries has been temporarily suspended until further notice.
You may have noticed a reduction in some of our product prices, we are now offering bulk packs and heavier items. The cost of shipping to your delivery address is the cost of Australia Post delivery, or in heavier orders TNT, Fasta Couriers or DHL. For all orders over 12kg, shipping will not be automatically added to your order - we will look for the most competitive shipping prices for you and will contact you to advise the most cost effective shipping options. Once approved, we will send an amendment through on your order to make payment.
Standard shipping takes approximately 4-9* business days.

COVID UPDATE - 10 November 2020
Several governments across Europe including France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Slovenia, Belgium and Greece have advised that due to the increasing infections of COVID-19, they have increased restrictions in an attempt to slow the spread of the virus. As a result, there may be some delivery delays to these destinations, and the estimated delivery times may be impacted. We are also reviewing the situation in the United Kingdom and whether the new national restrictions may lead to additional delays.
In addition, there has been a report of COVID-19 outbreak at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and items transiting through Malaysia may be affected. The estimated delivery times listed below for items destined to China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Bangladesh, Korea and Myanmar may be further impacted by delays.
Unfortunately due to the current global pandemic, there are major disruptions impacting all inbound and outbound items.
We have been advised to expect delays of up to 4 weeks on top of normal delivery time frames (not including customs clearance in country) due to flight cancellations and government restrictions because of COVID-19.

International shipping costs are dependent on parcel weights and the country the parcel is being sent too. The correct shipping rate for your goods will be calculated at the checkout.
As of 3rd of April, Standard Shipping is temporarily unavailable.

Please note, packages sent via international standard shipping cannot be tracked and therefore will not be replaced if lost or stolen. If you wish the items to be insured then please chose the Express shipping option.
Air mail (standard) shipping takes approximately 10-21* business days (minor cities may expect longer times).
Express shipping takes approximately 4-9* business days (minor cities may expect longer times).
All orders are processed and dispatched by the next business day after payment has been cleared.
